Swiss turning

Swiss Turning

OUR MAIER ML-32E lathe is capable of machining work-pieces up to 32 mm in diameter and 450 mm in length.

The machine uses 12 axes, supports transverse machining and can operate three tools simultaneously to machine high precision parts according to your specifications.

OUR MAIER ML-20D lathes are capable of manufacturing diameters up to 220 mm in length. A machine uses 10 axes and can operate 3 tools simultaneously to machine parts.

OUR PAIR OF MORI SL-15 axis lathes can machine diameters up to 160 mm and 450 mm in length. Machines incorporate an high turret indexing rate as well as an anti-backlash and vibration-damping mechanism for high precision turning.

OUR HAAS VF-0 MILLING CENTER is a three axial machine suitable for manufacturing of prototypes and smaller batch series products.

With working area of 660 mm x 356 mm and 7500 rpm spindle unit we can manufacture parts of small and medium dimension,
whereas repetability of ± 0,0025 mm ensures precision of every part produced.
